We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission from GECOMO. Content submitted or made available for inclusion on the Site — including product descriptions, images, and pricing — is the property of GECOMO and may not be used without authorization.
3. Product Information & Pricing
We strive to display accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free, complete, or current. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product. Prices are subject to change without notice.
4. Orders & Payment
By placing an order through the Site, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete purchase and account information. Payment must be received before an order is processed. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments. GECOMO reserves the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
5. Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Shipping times vary by destination and carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other events outside our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Standard shipping options and costs are displayed at checkout.
6. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your GECOMO products. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To initiate a return, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned items.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our products and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. GECOMO makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Site or the information, content, materials, or products included. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Any disputes arising under or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
